Our mission is to deliver biblical truth through innovative media, television, and digital outreach in multiple languages, harnessing cutting-edge technology to reach millions. Our recent projects include the digital Bible distribution initiative launched this year, utilizing solar-powered, modern devices across remote villages and regions, with a focus on utilizing the latest technology to deliver God's Word efficiently and effectively in some of the most challenging environments. Position Summary: The Technical Project Program Media Manager (Interim) is a vital leadership role responsible for overseeing and implementing all technical, media, and outreach projects aligned with ABN’s strategic mission. This role demands a highly skilled, spiritually mature leader who can manage large-scale media initiatives, lead teams under pressure, and develop future leaders and disciples in the 10/40 Window. The candidate must be proactive, adaptable, and capable of working under urgent circumstances, with a passion for advancing the Kingdom of God through media innovation, strategic deployment, and disciple-making. Core Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Planning: Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive media and technical strategies aligned with ABN’s mission. Project Management & Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all media projects, including live broadcasts, programming, social media outreach, and special initiatives like digital Bible distribution. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards, with a focus on cutting-edge technology and digital evangelism. Supervision & Management: Manage technical teams, content creators, social media managers, and outreach personnel. Foster teamwork, spiritual maturity, and professional growth. Oversee workflow processes, quality control, and operational issues, ensuring seamless production and broadcast quality. Operational & Technical Oversight: Maintain all broadcasting and production equipment, troubleshoot technical issues swiftly, and ensure systems are up-to-date and functioning optimally. Implement best practices in media technology and broadcast standards. Be prepared for emergency technical support and rapid response tasks. Content & Program Oversight: Supervise daily live talk shows, pre-recorded programs, and special outreach events. Ensure all content aligns with biblical doctrine, cultural sensitivity, and the strategic goals of ABN. Incorporate innovative media formats, including digital evangelism tools. Digital Outreach & Social Media: Oversee and expand ABN’s social media platforms for maximum outreach and engagement, especially targeting unreached regions. Develop strategic campaigns to promote the Gospel, discipleship, and community building in multiple languages. Discipleship & Leadership Training: Develop and implement training programs for young, born-again Christians, believers, and underground church workers in villages and small towns across the 10/40 Window. Focus on equipping future leaders, discipleship, and strategic deployment, ensuring ongoing follow-up, mentoring, and leadership development for a new generation of fearless, Spirit-led leaders. Emergency & Urgent Task Management: Be prepared to work under urgent, high-pressure situations, including emergencies, last-minute deployments, and crisis response. Capable of making quick, strategic decisions and executing tasks swiftly to meet urgent needs. Team Development & Mentorship: Train, mentor, and empower local believers, underground workers, and volunteers to sustain ongoing evangelism and discipleship efforts.
